Drop a Notion Markdown & CSV ZIP here

Use the ZIP downloaded from Notion’s Export → Markdown & CSV option.

Your workspace is read locally by this browser tab and never uploaded.
01 / WORKFLOW

From an export dump to a verifiable archive.

VaultMend removes UUID suffixes, rewrites recoverable page and attachment links, preserves CSV databases, and records every unresolved item.

01

Export from Notion

Choose Export → Markdown & CSV in Notion and keep the downloaded ZIP unchanged.

02

Inspect the map

Review pages, databases, attachments, repaired paths, and missing references before export.

03

Save the portable archive

Download Markdown, CSV, attachments, offline HTML, VAULTMEND-REPORT.json, and a SHA-256 manifest.

02 / PRODUCT PRINCIPLES

A backup should remain useful after the app is gone.

LOCAL / 01

Workspace data stays local

The ZIP opens in browser memory. There is no upload endpoint, account, or cloud conversion queue.

OPEN / 02

Files remain inspectable

Markdown, CSV, attachments, HTML, and JSON reports work without VaultMend.

HONEST / 03

Missing data stays visible

Relations and files absent from the official export are reported rather than invented.

03 / QUESTIONS

Before you repair the export.

Does VaultMend upload my Notion workspace?

No. The browser reads the ZIP locally and creates the result on your device.

Which Notion export should I use?

Use Export → Markdown & CSV and include subpages when you want the hierarchy included.

Can VaultMend restore relations and rollups?

Only information present in the official export can be preserved. Lost relations, views, and rollups are listed as limitations rather than guessed.

What does the manifest prove?

It lists each generated vault or HTML file with its byte length and SHA-256 hash so the archive can be audited later.

How large can the ZIP be?

The browser safety limit is 512 MB. The practical limit depends on device memory and the browser.
